Common Questions About Our Services

Do you work outside of Toronto?

Absolutely. While we're based in Toronto, we take on projects throughout Ontario. We've done work as far as Muskoka and Ottawa. Travel's not usually an issue for the right project.

What's the typical timeline for a residential project?

It varies a ton depending on the scope. A simple renovation might take 3-4 months from concept to construction-ready drawings. A custom home? You're looking at 6-9 months for design and permits, then construction time on top of that. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you're after.

Can you work with our existing builder?

Sure can. If you've already got a contractor you trust, we're happy to collaborate with them. We've got our go-to builders we work with regularly, but we're not exclusive or anything. What matters is getting you a great result.

How involved will we be in the design process?

As involved as you want to be, honestly. Some clients want to be in on every detail, others prefer to give us direction and check in at key milestones. We adapt to what works for you. Either way, the big decisions are always yours to make.
